A simple RSVP tool
moimoy is an RSVP tool for people who already have an audience. You get one public page, a short link, and a list of who is coming. It is free to try. Signup asks for an email, not a card.
What you set up
Pick a short name, then add a gathering: a title, a time, a public place, and how many spots. The cap can be from 2 to 50. When the spots are full, extra people can wait. A cancellation can open the next spot.
What a guest does
They open the link. No app. They give a name and an email, confirm they are 18 or older, and get a code. After that they have a reminder, a calendar file, and a way to find the RSVP later.
What you do the day of
You check people in with their code, or mark them from the list. Times on moimoy are shown in Pacific time. Private addresses are rejected, so the page names a public place.
Questions
Is this RSVP tool free?
It is free to try. Creating a host link does not ask for a card. This version does not sell tickets or charge a membership.
Do guests need an account first?
No. A name and an email are enough to take a spot. They can save a profile later if they want approval requests to go faster next time.
Can I limit the size?
Yes. You choose the number of spots. People past the cap can join a waitlist, and you can turn the waitlist off.
